The Premier Van and Storage local Owner/General Manager in Phoenix, Harry Goldman, was excellent. He was very responsive and gave answers that had well explained reasoning behind them. The sub moving company Stuart was communicative in wanting feedback and providing updates on our drivers. Driver Mel was helpful and patient. Overall was very pleased. Thank you.

We have never moved long distance before selling our vacation home in Arizona, so we were totally at a loss on how and where to begin the process. The kicker was our things were in storage in AZ and we were in ND, so that complicated the situation. Then, after many hours of searching online, I came across National Van Lines and I was introduced to Harry Goldman, owner and manager of Premier Van and Storage/Premier Van Lines Int'l. From beginning to end, the entire experience was unbelievably stress free. Moving from AZ to ND in the midst of one of the coldest winters in recent history was a challenge in and of itself, but with the help of Harry who facilitated the move, Kevin from the warehouse who made himself available and provided us with many o the moving boxes, and Joe the semi driver who was in charge of loading, transporting and unloading our belongings, the entire move was completely painless. Our things were safely delivered and unloaded on the exact day promised. One of the most precious pieces of cargo was my husbands pride and joy, his Harley Davidson motorcycle. Thank you Harry, Kevin and Joe for taking such good care of us! We give you high praise and will not hesitate to recommend you.

Everyone I worked with, associated with National Van Lines, was outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure the move went as planned. I would recommended them to anyone needing such services.

The teams that were part of my move were all very pleasurable to work with. Everything moved safe and sound and timely.

We used National for a cross country move from Arizona to Wisconsin. They were professional and courteous from beginning to end. We did our own packing and they gave us clear instructions as how and what to pack. As a result, we had very little damage. Just a few minor things. I highly recommend them.

Great experience!! Harry was great at estimating and getting back to me when I had questions. And my mover was the best! Very responsive as well and the loading and unloading team were amazing!! Would use again for sure. 

From the very first call to National, I knew we were making the right choice. Lori was informative and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. My family was burned in the past with a discount mover so we were nervous. Lori put all of that to rest. Aaron walked us through the process, helped us to really think about what we did and did not need to move across the country and he did it all with a smile and laughter. Our initial estimate and final costs were about $3,000 less than we expected and National's initial estimate was at least $7,000 less than another large company. On moving and unloading day, Rob kept us laughing and removed the stress that usually goes with a big move. While I never hope to move again, I will sing the praises of National to anyone seeking a reliable, ethical, and dare I say it, fun, way to move.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Harry answered all our questions and was always available when we had more. The company he hired to crate our large glass was top notch. The movers and our driver Chris did an amazing job, everything was very professional. They were very quick but still careful with our stuff and all that in the Arizona summer sun. Loreen that contacted us to inform us where our stuff is provided excellent service when the truck was too large for our street. The 2 guys that helped us unloading did a great job as well. All with a smile on their faces and restaurant recommendations for our new area. All in all we had a great experience.

Very happy with the experience throughout the move. Harry not only called himself but came to the house and walked along with me to create an estimate unlike the other companies that want you to do all the work for them. Also a big thanks to Brandon's crew for getting everything wrapped and loaded and then unloaded at the destination in a timely manner. Thanks to all!

From our first meeting with Harry to the final delivery of our belongings, everything was great! They made it extremely easy and took great care making sure everything was straight forward and easy for us to make the move across country! Not one thing was missing or broken in the move which was a major concern as I had heard horror stories from others. I would highly recommend National Van Lines to anyone!

Great packing and service. We have done several moves and this was the first where nothing was broken. Very pleasant staff and great communication. Everything was on time and made the move easy.

From loading to unloading, our goods were handled with care. Everyone kept to the time schedule they quoted. The estimate was accurately quoted and payment couldn't have been easier. Mostly, I was impressed with how many moving pads were used to keep our furniture safe while in transit. Moving has a lot of stress that comes with it but National Van Lines took one of the most stressful parts out of it. Thanks everyone.

The driver who delivered my stuff was terrific. He had to deliver around construction that was happening in the street in front of my house, and moved everything in efficiently. Thanks!

Excellent service. Well organized. Harry Goldman was knowledgeable, pleasant, very responsive and easy to deal with. His estimates and step by step instructions were exceptionally clear. Packers and craters did an excellent job, careful and professional every step of the way. Driver Brian O'Malley delivered the goods before Christmas, unpacked them, took away the boxes and debris, all efficiently, cheerfully and without incident. Well done all around!

Our move went smoothly and furniture arrived as scheduled. Harry provided great service which convinced us to choose National Van Lines. Also we were pleased with our driver Jeff. 

I had a good experience with National Van Lines. Harry and Johnny who loaded up my boxes and belongings were great. I wasn't at the delivery point but my sister said that went great also.

Awesome experience from start to finish, both virtually and in person during the entire move. Great communication from Harry throughout the adventure and our driver, John, was spectacular and very communicative. The loaders and unloaders were extremely careful and efficient while being professional throughout the experience. I have already recommended National (and Harry) to a friend and told them not to worry a single bit.

The thought of moving was terrifying, but Harry Goldman was so helpful that he put me at ease. Harry was with me every step of the way. On moving day, he arrived early, then when the driver, Bo arrived, I knew I had nothing to worry about. The workers, Mo, Perry, Anthony and Jamal were also amazing. My belongings arrived in perfect condition. I could not be more pleased with my experience. Thank you! I appreciate the care given to my things but more than that, I felt like every person I dealt with was very caring and respectful of me.

Everyone was very professional and all were great people. They showed up on time, were very efficient and did a great job. Delivered on time and unloaded where we needed everything. Would definitely use them again.
